Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all digital products purchased from Gachoki Studios, including Blender addons, 3D models, and design templates (Figma/PSD files) sold through this website. All products sold are digital, downloadable goods — no physical items are shipped.
Nature of Digital Products
Because our products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are not eligible for return in the traditional sense. Once a download link has been issued or a file has been accessed, the product is considered delivered.
7-Day Refund Window
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product is materially different from its description on the product page
- The product fails to install or function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
- You purchased the wrong product or license type in error and have not yet downloaded or made use of the files
Refunds are issued at our discretion where the product has already been downloaded and used extensively, or where the issue is due to incompatibility with third-party software not listed in the product’s stated requirements (see the Compatibility section on each product page).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Licensing After Refund
If a refund is issued, your license to use the product (personal or commercial) is revoked, and you agree to delete all downloaded files and cease use of the product.
Subscriptions
Gachoki Studios does not currently offer subscription-based products. All purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access to the product and its future updates, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Faulty or Non-Delivered Files
If you did not receive your download link or the files are corrupted, contact us immediately at [email protected] — this is treated separately from refund requests and is resolved by re-sending working files at no cost, regardless of the 7-day window.
